Amuse Bouche:   Yogurt Ball stuffed with chickpea, onion, tomato and Indian spices topped with mint chutney.  Paired with Sula Sauvignon Blanc

Appetizers:  Spinach and Cashew kabob, ground and formed into a patty  OR  Chicken and cheese seekh burst kabob, ground chicken stuffed with cheese and bell pepper formed into a kabob.  Paired with Sula Shiraz

Entrees:  Braised Lamb, topped with a balsamic glaze drizzle and served with house made mashed potatoes and carrots  OR Goan Salmon Coconut Curry, salmon over a bed of rice in a coconut curry sauce  OR  Chicken Roulade, chicken breast stuffed with spinach and mushroom, in a lemon butter sauce.  Paired with Sula Chenin Blanc.
